Page-by-page collation found this talk was truncated mid-sentence ('all the opposition in the') at a page break; the OCR's page-break running head there was misread/mis-set as 'ELDER MARRINER W. MERRILL,' with no topic subhead following (the tell for a running-head artifact rather than a genuine new discourse, per the pattern established across this conference -- contrast a real new discourse, which is always followed immediately by a topic subhead line). Restored the true two-paragraph ending here (confirmed by content: closes a Palestine/Holy-Land missionary report, consistent with the rest of this talk, not with Merrill's actual, differently-themed discourse on ward councils that follows).
